I was let down by this place. The wording made it sound like it would be clean and well maintained, but that really wasn’t what I experienced. A few areas looked dirty, the bins were overflowing, and some things seemed like they hadn’t been repaired in ages. It just felt a bit misleading compared to what I expected. Not a great visit, and I really hope they start taking better care of the place.

I was kind of disappointed, honestly. Maybe I went in expecting too much, but the variety of animals felt limited to me. I thought there would be more to see, and it ended up getting boring faster than I expected. Could just be me, but it wasn’t quite what I was hoping for.

I’d give them 4 stars overall. The staff really knew their stuff and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated. The site was decent too, not amazing, but it got the job done. I’d recommend giving them a try if you want helpful people who don’t overcomplicate things.

I tried using awsfzoo with a screen reader and just my keyboard, it was frustrating. The menus didn’t read correctly, some buttons weren’t labeled, and then checkout got stuck. How are you supposed to finish an order if you can’t even tell what the buttons do? It really felt like the site wasn’t built with accessibility in mind.

Overall, the place was fine, but parking was definitely a challenge. It took me a while to find a spot (which was a little frustrating), so just keep that in mind if you’re planning to drive there...

I didn’t have a great experience. The live shows kept freezing on me, which got really frustrating after a while. I reached out to support, but the replies were slow and felt like they were coming from robots answering emails instead of an actual person trying to help. For the price, I just don’t think it was worth it.

I felt like we paid way too much for what ended up being a average zoo visit. It wasn’t terrible, but nothing really stood out either. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually in charge of different areas or issues. Had a good day overall. The animals were easy to spot, which made the trip feel worth it. It did start getting really crowded after lunch, and from the vibe of the place, I kind of assumed that’s just the usual busy time. The lines weren’t too bad though and kept moving. I’d definitely go again, but next time I’d try to get there earlier.

I really loved getting to feed the giraffes, that was definitely the "highlight" for me. The staff was super nice and made everything feel easy. There was a little bit of waiting around, but it was still totally worth it.

Booked some kids’ activities through awsfzoo. it looked a lot more exciting online. When we got there… it was just okay. My kids were into a couple of things at the start, so that helped, but most of the activities felt really quick. A bit scattered too. Like nobody was fully explaining what to do or keeping things moving. The staff weren’t rude or anything. They just seemed busy, kind of stretched, and not super involved with the kids. For what we paid, I expected more to actually do. Not a terrible day. We still got out of the house and the kids had a few fun moments. But yeah, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to book it again.

We went for the animal feeding experience, and to be fair, the kids were excited at first. But overall it just wasn’t that great. The staff seemed a bit rushed, there wasn’t much explanation about the animals, and we barely got any time with them. The food portions for feeding were really small too, so it was over quickly. The kids lost interest faster than I expected, i don’t think we’d book it again.

I went with my family and we had an okay time overall. You could tell some of the enclosures were well kept, and a few of the staff really seemed to care about the animals. But reading between the lines a bit, some animals looked kind of bored, and a couple of spaces felt smaller than I expected. It wasn’t a bad visit, but I did leave hoping they keep putting more focus into the welfare side of things.

I stopped by the gift shop after the zoo hoping to grab something cute, but wow, it was kind of a disaster. The prices felt way too high for what they were selling, the shelves looked like they’d survived a small tornado, and the staff didn’t seem all that interested in helping anyone. I really wanted to find something worth taking home, but there just wasn’t much that felt worth buying...
